                          APOLOGIES !

Harri Ehtamo, one of the editors of the ISDG E-LETTER, makes an
apology for the President of the ISDG Society, and for the e-letter
readership for delivering material in E-LETTER No. 40, which is
currently under discussion on EB, but about which no formal decision
have yet been made.  This concerns Section 3 and 4, "Statutes and
incorporation" and "Annals of ISDG", in Pierre Bernhards published
mail to the society.

The reason for the confusion was that originally P. B. sent two mails
to H. E. of which one was intended to be published, but another was
only intended to be commented by H. E., but not to be published.
